Gold Value Calculator
Do you have any old rings, bracelets, chains, or other jewelry that you never wear? Any broken or left-over parts from previous repairs, or even old dental gold? Well, you're in luck! We are always looking to buy gold for recycling, and now you can easily estimate just how much yours is worth.
How It Works: First, enter in the gold market price at which you'd like to calculate your gold's value. The current price is listed below for your convenience, but as you can see from the "high" and "low" values it changes throughout the day.
Next you'll need to figure out what karat gold you have. Most jewelry is stamped somewhere, but it may be hard to see without magnification. Don't worry too much if you can't find a mark, we can do tests to determine the karat if necessary.
Finally, you'll need to determine the weight of your gold. A precise scale is necessary when weighing jewlery, since most pieces are fairly small. You can set the calculator for grams (g), troy ounces (ozt), or pennyweights (dwt).
Please note that the figures provided by this calculator are only an estimate - they do not represent any guarantee or offer to purchase on our part! We use the previous day's closing market price when buying, and we can only provide a final value in person. Come see us for more information!
