What's New at Mardon?

If you’ve ever been into the store, you’ll know that we have a fairly large selection of unique merchandise. As the website continues to grow, we’ll be adding details about more and more of our jewelry. There are also new items being produced all the time, so be sure to check back frequently to see what’s new at Mardon!

December 15, 2009 - You can now read all about the thrilling exploits of Jim Sweaney, our owner and master jewelry designer. We've also added lots of new inventory items, including pieces from William Henry and our very own Kaye Sweaney!

December 12, 2009 - There are some new samples of custom contour bands that we've made in the past, and an explanation of exactly what that means!

November 24, 2009 - Added some new inventory items, and preliminary details about our upcoming Technicolor Raincross pendant.

October 27th, 2009 - We have a new gold value calculator that will let you... calculate the... value of your... gold. Yeaaah. Also, the advanced search now has the option to display loose gemstones along with finished jewelry.

September 3rd, 2009 - A couple months ago, we added a Testimonials page to show what people have had to say about the custom designs we've done. This should be updated periodically as we get more feedback! There are also a lot of new designs by Kaye Sweaney, with more coming soon!

February 17th, 2009 - Our newest feature is the Gallery of Gems, showcasing some of the loose colored stones we have on hand. They're perfect for a custom-designed piece!

We also have four new inventory items, all Mardon exclusive designs!

January 20th, 2009 - The site now features an exciting wish list feature, so you can keep track of items you like and even let Mardon know what to recommend for you!

We also have a fabulous and informative Mardon Blog, which technically isn't new but apparently was never mentioned here so you may not have heard about it yet.

November 10th - Added some new inventory items - the first in a long time! We've got a big backlog of new stuff in the store that's not on the site yet, but hopefully it will be on here soon!

November 5th - One new addition that might be easy to miss is our Custom Design section, which now features over 100 samples of our past work done by Jim, Kaye, and Jenny.

October 20th - Well it ended up being more like two months, but the new site is finally ready! We have some of the old features still around, but most everything has been changed to some extent.

August 15th - We're finally embarking in a major site overhaul, looking to be ready within the next month or so.

July 17th - The Raincross section has been overhauled! It now includes the different prices for yellow gold, white gold, and sterling silver; and will let you know wheter or not an item is currently in stock.

April 19th - A long overdue update to add some new items and remove sold ones. A major site redesign may be on the horizon...

October 20 - Added lots of new inventory items, as well as some newly reduced clearance specials!

July 16 - Added a new searchable database of diamonds available through our diamond brokerage service, as well as some new inventory items.

May 26 - The long-awaited (?) search function is here! Look for greater functionality in the future as well.
